Collard Greens W/Smoked Turkey Leg

  • fresh collard greens
  • chicken broth to cover (or bouillon cubes and water)
  • cider vinegar, adobo, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, olive oil (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • smoked turkey leg (at least one)


  1. Mix all & simmer for a couple of hours until tender.
