Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cornmeal (Dixie Lily medium grind)
  • 1/8 cup flour (self rising)
  • 1/8 cup corn starch
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt (Lowreys)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Notes

Soak fish in egg and milk mixture, then coat and put in refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes before frying.
