- 3/4 cup cornmeal (Dixie Lily medium grind)
- 1/8 cup flour (self rising)
- 1/8 cup corn starch
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt (Lowreys)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Soak fish in egg and milk mixture, then coat and put in refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes before frying.
